Continuous Quality Improvement Programme Introduced
Management of the Village Nursing Care Centre have recently introduced an innovative programme that will ensure the standard of care and experience of Residents is consistently monitored and developed. The programme consists of quarterly audits of up to 18 different variables from Resident healthcare to facility audits. The first quarterly analysis has shown significant improvements in many areas. Well done to everyone involved.
