Connacht Tribune Schools Competition
Congratulations to Ballyglass National School, Ardrahan for coming first in the school life in 1910 category, and Scoil Ui Cheitearnaigh in Ballinasloe for coming first in the farm life in 1910 category. The judging panel were very impressed with all of the projects received and listed the runners up as St. Bernard's N.S.Ballyglunin, Kiltormer National School Ballinasloe, and Lettergesh National School Lettergesh.
The 2 first place schools will receive 250 euros each and the runners up will receive a certificate of particiaption which will be presented at the prize presentation at The Village Care Centre on Monday 26th of April. Full details are to be confirmed and schools are asked to contact The Village Care Centre to confirm attendance. Excerpts from projects and photos of participating students will also appear in upcoming editions of the Connacht Tribune.
